Cash Flow Goals for 2012

Ah yes, it’s that time of year again; the time when people make ridiculous goals and two months later are more busted and disgusted than when the year started! Let’s all avoid this trap and throw in a little reality. My goal this year is to bring you the best cash flow ideas that can be implemented without completely disrupting your life and finances!

Let me give you a specific example: By this time next year I will have 12 job posting sites up and running. These job boards will be for sales, marketing, Ecommerce jobs and similar categories. I’ve already got the domain names and sites targeted and will share with you my monthly progress. Why? I want to prove to readers that it doesn’t matter if you are 20 something or 60 something-you can do something to improve your cash flow. You don’t have to have a million to make a million! The real trick to cheap financial success is to find traffic and get between it. For example, read about the success of Crystal over at Budgeting in the Fun Stuff.  She realized that many personal finance bloggers did not not how to effectively price ads that companies wanted to post on their sites. She does all the work and earns 25% for her efforts-her plan is the perfect mix of high tech and the service industry. She provides a great service and everyone makes money! Great job Crystal!!

You will notice that for my goals, i did not include a money specific goal, rather, I am shooting for something that I can absolutely control-the amount of job sites. I know that the cash will follow! How about you-what works best for you? Please give it a try and be true to yourself so you can have the most successful of years. What cash flow ideas are you going to implement for 2012?
