Six Steps For Financial Prosperity

Here’s some thoughts for the weekend and some strategies that you can implement immediately!
1. Surround yourself with others who are significantly better than you in the financial arena-much like I do with my Masters Swim Group.
2. Get coaching-it may take the form of a life coach, investment advisor, financial consultant or others. Have someone be brutally honest with you and challenge what and why you are doing to achieve financial success.
3. Review your strategy once a month-is it working? If not, what changes are you willing to make? Don’t cop out and say you are a long term investor-saving for retirement!
4. Educate yourself-don’t be totally dependent on an advisor. Trust your gut and honestly share your dreams and fears in the financial game. Yes, it is a game-just like swimming.
5. Admit that you are competitive and like to finish first, even in the financial arena. Sarabeth doesn’t show up at 5am just for the heck of it. She is going to finish first or make the necessary adjustments.
6. Remember your childhood-when you did not and would not accept can’t for an answer-You can win this game!

Have a fabulous weekend!
